Bloom Culture Florals was born during COVID when I started creating floral arrangements and delivering them to my neighbors’ doors—small gestures of empathy, community, and, most importantly, a way to brighten their days during a difficult time. What began as an act of kindness quickly blossomed into a passion, and now, I pour that same heart and artistry into every design, helping people celebrate life’s meaningful moments through flowers.”
Meet Liz Carroll Syed
I’m Liz, the heart behind Bloom Culture Florals. My journey to floral design has been shaped by a lifelong love of the arts. Growing up as a classically trained singer, I developed an eye (and ear!) for harmony and detail. Later, I spent seven exciting years in the fashion industry, where I honed my sense of style and appreciation for beauty. These experiences naturally led me to floral design, where I can combine creativity, precision, and storytelling to craft unforgettable arrangements.
Born and raised in the South, I carry with me a deep love for connection and hospitality. I’ve never met a stranger, and my extroverted spirit thrives on creating meaningful moments for my clients. Whether I’m crafting a bouquet for a bride’s big day or designing an arrangement to brighten someone’s home, I pour my heart into every petal.
